Star Line Trolley Service extended into South Roanoke
The Star Line Trolley route now runs up Jefferson and turns right on McClanahan and then turns right on Crystal Spring before heading back to the front of Carilion Memorial Hospital. The service operates on a 10 minute schedule and includes two new trolley stops. Click here to view a route map.
