Draft Zoning Ordinance
The eight section Draft Zoning Ordinance/Public Discussion Document and the proposed zoning map are available online. The Steering Committee created a draft document for public discussion which the Committee believes is guided by the adopted policies of Vision 2001-2020, the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The document and map marks the beginning of the public discussion phase of the process to develop a new zoning ordinance.
