Neighborhood Services, 853-2000
A division of the City of Roanoke’s Department of Housing and Neighborhood Services, Neighborhood Services is a coalition of neighborhoods, businesses, and City government working to preserve and improve the quality of life in Roanoke. The organization acts as a liaison between neighborhood groups and the public, private, non-profit and voluntary sectors. Located on the 2nd floor of the Municipal building, it is the first point of contact for citizens and visitors to the building. Their call center responds to customer concerns, complaints and tracks service delivery. Primary calls are focused on solid waste management and code enforcement. Contact them at 853-2000 or neighborhoods@ci.roanoke.va.us. For more information, visit them online.

Call CRIME Line if you have any information about any crime. All calls are kept in complete confidence. When you call you are given a number so that you remain anonymous.
